Love Affair

I cannot even begin to explain how excited I am about going to the LOVE AFFAIR workshop in July. I try and do one workshop a year because I truly believe that you never ARRIVE in photography. There is always more to learn and more to see. This is actually my favorite part about what I do. I get to do my job differently every single day. This workshop is for women only … what is better than that? No offense to the men but we women just understand each other better! I am more than blessed to be able to attend this year and I just can’t wait to see what all I will uncover! Check it out …

Leslie & Ben

Okay so I always have couples that I call my “laughy” couples. Leslie and Ben are one of those couples. They laughter is almost contagious. They just have FUN with each other and are SO comfortable with one another. Laughter is LOVE!

Jaimee & Aaron

These two are very outdoorsy and they LOVE their dog.  So we went to this local dog park here.   Since I don’t frequent the dog parks I wasn’t sure what to expect.  But the pictures turned out better than I thought!  Jaimee & Aaron are just adorable too!

And YES – they got in the water!

Merry Claire & Drew

This couple is so sweet and they were up for anything! More than most of my couple’s. We kinda broke the rules a little “NO TRESPASSING?” Huh? Who said that?

What have I been doing?

Oh my gosh – I have been BUSY! I had 4 weddings in March and am still trying to catch up from that. May will be super busy too! But busy is good … keeps me out of trouble ; ) I have been super busy with Abbey … look at what she’s getting into these days ~

Clara & Lamar were such a joy to shoot! If my memory serves me correctly they dated for 12 years (something like that) before getting engaged. Don’t you know March 07, 2009 was a long day coming for Clara & Lamar! Happy wedding guys!

Abbey

Heather & Christian

Heather & Christian were married on December 27th, probably hoping for a “white” wedding. What they got instead was 75 degrees and rain! We did the best we could with what the man upstairs provided us. It was a beautiful wedding and both families were so much FUN!
